As part of a program to try to increase patronage of our clubhouse, we have started a Wine Club. This gathering has already held a number of meetings so far, starting with the Oyster Bay Wine Dinner, a Winburndale (from Bathurst) tasting, a French Wine Dinner and a Wine quiz hosted by Don Lequesne. These have all been occasions greatly enjoyed by those who attended, and we are looking to set in place a firm calendar time for regular monthly events as a 'Wine Club'. The wines featured will usually become 'Wine of the Month' behind the bar, available to members at what amounts to cellar door prices.

The date has been selected as the first Friday night of each month, hence the apellation     'First Friday Wine Club'

Forthcoming events:

The 'Falls Wines' from Canowindra was a success, with some lovely wines being presented. They will be on sale at the bar as 'Wine of the Month' for May and probably June

Attendance is open to all members and any guests they may care to bring - the more the merrier!
